One finding from a real sample report

  1. Genotype

    MTHFRrs1801133T/T
  2. Pathway

    Methylation & epigenetic healthHigh risk
  3. What the report hands you

    • SupplementMethylfolate (5-MTHF) + methylcobalamin
    • LabsHomocysteine, MMA, SAM/SAH ratio
    • LifestyleAvoid synthetic folic acid

Associations inform, they don’t prescribe. Every suggestion is for provider review.

Your patient did everything right. The protocol still stalled.

Same starting dose. Same stack. Same titration you give everyone. When it doesn’t land, the chart says “non-responder” and the patient quietly stops booking. Often it was never compliance. It was biology no intake form can see.

Take the demonstration patient in our sample report: 37, female, nothing remarkable on paper. Her panel shows two copies of the MTHFR C677T variant, slow COMT dopamine clearance and the BDNF Val66Met variant. The synthetic folic acid in a standard multivitamin is exactly what her report tells you to avoid.

ProxiGene puts that in front of you before the first visit, organized the way you actually work: by category, by priority, with the labs to confirm it and the safety notes to respect.

You stop adjusting by trial and error. Your patients see you as the clinic that knew.

One patient. 44 categories. 39 worth a conversation.

This is the analysis summary from a real ProxiGene sample report. Every tile is a category, scored from the patient’s own variants. That’s 39 reasons to see this patient again, each with a plan attached.

Every category ends in a plan, not a percentage.

Raw genetic data is easy to buy and nearly useless in a 30-minute visit. ProxiGene closes all 44 categories with the same eight blocks, so once you’ve read one, you can read them all in minutes.

Safety is built in. Agents carry graded warnings, do-not-combine lists and synergy notes right next to the suggestion.

Built for healthspan, not just disease risk.

Most genetic tests stop at “elevated risk.” ProxiGene is weighted toward what your patients come to you for: longevity, metabolism, mood, cognition, performance, hormones and skin.

A variant can inform more than one category: 614 placements across 44 subcategories.

Seven bands, so you know where to start

Each category’s polygenic score resolves to one band, and the band sets how deep the report goes.

Low0–14
Maintenance and prevention
Moderate15–57

High58–100
Priority for the clinical conversation

Every associated agent is also labeled High, Medium or Emerging evidence, so you can weight it accordingly.

That’s before the consult, the labs the report recommends, and the protocol the patient starts. The test is the first visit of a program, not a one-off sale.

Live in your clinic this week.

  1. Step 1

    Order

You order the panel and collect a painless cheek swab in the clinic or send it home.

  2. Step 2

    Genotype

A CLIA-certified lab reads the variants on a genome-wide array.

  3. Step 3

    Score

Polygenic scoring resolves every category to a seven-tier band.

  4. Step 4

    Report

Your structured report arrives in two to three weeks.

  5. Step 5

    Discuss

You walk the patient through their priorities, in plain language.

  6. Step 6

    Monitor

Baseline and follow-up labs track the protocol over time.

You won’t find this panel at the clinic down the street.

The Biosynthetix panel maps genetics directly to peptide, supplement and lab decisions, and clinics get it only through Golden Lotus Labs, with onboarding, a sample-report walkthrough and a dedicated rep. Register now and be the practice in your area that offers it first.

Questions clinicians ask first

Who can order ProxiGene?

It is provider-ordered. Licensed clinicians, med spas with a medical director, and functional and longevity practices register a clinic account and order kits here.

How is the sample collected?

A buccal (cheek) swab. No blood draw, no fasting. It can be done in the room or sent home with the patient.

How long until I get results?

Two to three weeks from the lab receiving the sample.

Does the report prescribe treatment?

No. Findings are associations that inform your clinical judgment. Every suggestion is for provider review, and the report is explicit about evidence level and safety for each agent.

Is it FDA cleared?

ProxiGene is performed in a CLIA-certified laboratory as a laboratory-developed test. It is not FDA-cleared and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
